Peter A. Caruso, CPA, CFP, Partner
Peter Caruso is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania and holds a current license in Pennsylvania since 1986. Peter’s areas of expertise include Corporate, Business, and Individual Taxation. He also specializes in business startups and business successions including Business and Personal financial planning. Peter has taught accredited classes in Federal Taxation at the Butler County Community College.

Jason T. Spencer, CPA, Partner
Jason is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Jason has a diversified business background including significant experience in audit, review, business advisory and tax services. Prior to becoming the Managing Partner in 2015, Jason worked at a national accounting firm in Pittsburgh where he worked with clients in numerous industries. Jason has a BS in Accounting from Robert Morris University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Reuben S. Pink, Senior Accountant
Reuben manages the firm’s attestation jobs and is heavily involved with the firms more complex tax clients. He also assists clients with accounting software selection and set-up. Reuben has been with the firm for over 20 years. He has a BS in Accounting from Robert Morris University and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Billie June Roudebush
Billie is responsible for overseeing the firm’s payroll clients as well as assisting with audits and preparing income tax returns. She has an Associate degree in accounting from Butler Community College and has been with the firm for over 10 years.

Beth Deal
Beth prepares business and individual tax returns and assists with many of the firms audited and reviewed financial statements. She also assists clients with desktop and online versions of Quickbooks. Beth has a BS in Accounting from Slippery Rock University and has over 10 years of tax and accounting experience.

Abby Lahoti
